Approximately a year has past on Earth. Eighteen Earth months have passed on Odzoo. The world is still dying, but at a steady rate. The experts in their land believe there is eight to ten years left.
In Trilunium, a thousand years have passed and Queen Charlotte’s matrilineal line has ended. Sofós Voskós brings the remaining sisters from New Sargasso and the princes from Odzoo.
Sofós Voskós sends them to the fight the evil ruler. To get to the Palace of the Moons, where Queen Charlotte and Prince Aaron and their descendants had ruled, they must venture into the Maze of the Silver Moons.
At seemingly every turn, there is either a dead end or another foe to be vanquished.
After defeating every challenge set in their path, they find and defeat the evil ruler.
Queen Emily and Prince Joshua stay behind to rule Trilunium. Now understanding they will likely never see each other again, the siblings bid each other a tearful farewell.
Crown Prince Patrick sends his youngest brother, Prince Caleb to New Sargasso with the remaining Winklestein sisters. He doesn’t trust the experts’ opinion that their world still has several years to live and wants his brother to be safe.
